Highly recommend for roofing and gutters. Kurt is a great guy! Prices are competitive; product is quality and their warranty is excellent! The installers are great! I compared Lowe’s to this company. Lowe’s was a tad less expensive but their warranty was 1 year. Chesapeake was a tad more but the warranty was 5 years. I’ll pay a few hundred more knowing I can call Chesapeake and Kurt with any issues! I’m a very happy 😊 customer.

My recent experience with Chesapeake Roofing, Windows, and Siding, Inc. from start to finish was exceptional and restores one’s faith that excellent quality service still does exist at least for this company. The entire process, from meeting with Mark Phillips to obtain a cost estimate to replace the shingles, gutters, gutter guards, and downspouts on my Mom’s house, to the installation of the aforementioned, was seamless. Furthermore, it is evident that timely, informative, and clear communication with customers is a priority for this company. From the outset, we never had to wonder what to expect as everything was clearly explained either in writing or verbally as to what the project would entail when installation would occur, and what the approximate cost would be. On installation day, care was taken to protect all shrubs and plants as the crew spread a tarp over them to prevent any damage from fallen debris. The new roof shingles were installed in one day in spite of the crew having to replace many roof boards that were damaged over years of wear. Shortly thereafter, new seamless gutters, gutter guards, and downspouts were installed; a process that only took a few short hours. Clean-up after both installations was exceptional and the new shingles, gutters, and downspouts look really nice and are well installed. Being a first-time customer of Chesapeake Roofing, Windows, and Siding, Inc. we are extremely pleased with the quality workmanship and professionalism this company provides and would highly recommend Chesapeake Roofing, Windows, and Siding, Inc. for your roofing and home improvement needs.
